PICT Cycle and Improvement Activities
ÇOHAM is based on using the Plan – Implement – Check – Take Action (PDCA) approach in the development of its activities.
Plan: Planning activities in line with the needs, institutional goals and stakeholder opinions in the field of children's rights.
Implement: Carrying out the planned research, training, project, child participation and social contribution studies.
Control: Evaluating the work carried out through participation data, activity outputs, feedback and performance indicators.
Take Action: Planning and monitoring preventive and corrective actions for the development areas determined as a result of the evaluation.
It is aimed to record the studies carried out with the PDCA approach, to monitor the decisions taken and to support institutional learning.
